The relationship between you and CLEAR is a partnership, and we treat it that way. What this means is if you’re not happy = we aren’t happy.
Our promise to you is simple: If your results are not available to you by the deadline of the location you tested in, we will give you a full refund for your test - no questions asked*. Simply email us at help@getclrd.com and we will process a full refund to the original payment method.
*Deadline for 9 AM ET for Miami, 12 PM PT for Los Angeles and Las Vegas. For Partner Locations (not owned and operated by CLEAR), `the deadline is the next day by midnight local time of the testing location.
The Money-Back Guarantee is not applicable when the delay is caused by events beyond the control of CLEAR including shipping, adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, disruptions in air or ground transportation networks, riots, strikes, and war. Also not applicable if a sample needs to be re-run or initial results are deemed "indeterminate" or "inconclusive".
CLEAR reserves the right to modify this program at any time and for any reason.
