Pre-Sample Collection Cancellation and Refund:
Customers can request to cancel their scheduled test prior to their appointment. If the cancellation is confirmed before the scheduled appointment, the customer is eligible for a full refund to their original payment method.
Post-Sample Collection Cancellation and Refund:
Once a patient's sample has been collected, tests are not eligible for a refund. This is due to the cost, labor, and logistics associated with the testing process that initiates immediately after sample collection.
CLEAR Ship Kits:
Customers are eligible for a full refund prior to the shipping of the Ship Kit to the provided shipping address. Customers are eligible for a partial refund of the total amount paid minus a $25 handling fee after the Ship Kit has shipped and before the partner location has collected specimens from the patient. Ship Kits are not eligible for refunds once patient samples have been collected by our partner.
Money Back Guarantee for Delayed Test Results:
While we strive to provide test results in a timely manner, there may be circumstances where results are delayed. In such cases, customers may be eligible for refunds as part of our Money Back Guarantee. Please note that refund requests must be made in writing and sent to our customer service team. After receiving and reviewing your request, we will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within seven (7) business days.
