Program Rules
CLEAR's Win-Win Program empowers you to support awesome non-profits in the Adult Entertainment Industry while taking advantage of a great discount every time you get tested with CLEAR.
How it Works
The benefits to you are the same, but participation varies based on whether you are a member of Free Speech Coalition or Pineapple Support.
Free Speech Coalition (FSC) members
New or existing Free Speech Coalition (FSC) members can use discount code "FSC" at checkout for a $10 discount every time they get tested with CLEAR.
Pineapple Support members
Once you become a member (or if you already were), email contact@pineapplesupport.org requesting your promo code and use it at checkout for a $10 discount every time you get tested.
Legal Stuff
To redeem their discount, Participants must:

Create a new CLEAR account

Schedule a test or walk-in to one of CLEAR’s test locations

Use the “coupon code” to schedule their test

Get tested with a CLEAR Panel ($149) or a CLEAR + COVID Panel ($189) - see pricing for details.
There is no limit to the number of times a referral code can be used.
To participate, the Participants must agree to these rules and the Terms of Use.
Participants may not engage in any conduct that artificially fulfills referrals or that violates any applicable laws regarding electronic or other communications, including and without limitation, the CAN-SPAM Act. Participants may not make any statement, warranty, or representation regarding the Services that are not made public by CLEAR.
Participants may not make any untrue, misleading, or fraudulent statement regarding the Services or your participation in the Win-Win Program.
Participants may not offer any compensation or consideration to any person to induce them to become a customer of CLEAR.
Participants may not engage in any other illegal or immoral conduct intended to fulfill a referral.
Participants may not create or own more than one account for purposes of this contest, either directly or in connection with another person.
CLEAR reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change the rules of the program at any time.
CLEAR reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process, the operation of the referral program, the website, violates these rules, or takes any action that, in CLEAR’s sole discretion.
